Polaris Direct Expands Strategic Marketing Services Team

HOOKSETT, N.H. (April 19, 2019)—Polaris Direct welcomed Kevin Horan as the newest member of the Strategic Marketing Services (SMS) team as part of their ongoing efforts to expand its service offerings.

Polaris Direct’s advanced print technology allows for the development and integration of personalized direct marketing campaigns to support omni-channel marketing efforts. The SMS team at Polaris Direct began in 2016 to address the growing need to support clients with data-driven strategies in a digital and data-centric world. The SMS team is comprised of a group of creative professionals with a mix of graphic design, account management, copywriting, social, digital marketing, and direct mail experience.

Account Director, Krystan Bugbee, joined the team in May of 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in integrated campaign management, implementation, and analysis. Krystan is especially pleased with the team’s new addition. She said, “We’re really focusing on bringing on expertise and experience that’s cross functional. Kevin’s background in design, social media management, and project coordination make him a wonderful addition to the group.”

Kevin holds a B.F.A in Graphic Design and brings more than 17 years of print experience, social media management, and project management skills working most recently in print procurement for CVS. His previous roles heavily revolved around growing and maintaining internal and external business relationships, which have contributed to his ability to thrive in challenging, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environments.

In his role as account manager, Kevin will be responsible for leading internal and external marketing project efforts. Judith Maloy, CEO at Polaris Direct, says, “His experience and skillset are a great match for what we are trying to achieve to expand. With the acquisition of several new clients, building an experienced account management team is an important next step in our growth.”
