Polaris Direct Expands Multi-Channel Offering

HOOKSETT, N.H. (December 19, 2016)—Polaris Direct, a long-time leader in the print and direct marketing industry, has once again expanded its service offering.

With the addition of PostaLink, Polaris Direct now offers a more robust multi-channel solution that gives marketers the ability to seamlessly combine direct mail with mail tracking, call tracking, and online ad follow-up.

Through PostaLink, clients have the ability to log on to a central portal to track the status of their campaigns. Using built-in mail tracking software, the system is able to predict and confirm mail delivery dates. At the same time, online ads matching the design of the direct mail piece(s) automatically follow website visitors who abandon the site without taking any sort of action.

“Knowing how many times an ad has been shown across the Google Display Network, being able to track clicks, and having the ability to listen to calls helps to determine effectiveness of different marketing strategies,” said Maloy.
