Polaris Direct Welcomes New General Manager of Client Services, Dave Wiseman

HOOKSETT, N.H. (June 14, 2019)—Nationally acclaimed direct marketing services and printing company, Polaris Direct, is pleased to welcome the newest member of its Client Services team, Dave Wiseman. Dave has joined Polaris as the General Manager of Client Services.

In his role as General Manager of Client Services, Dave is responsible for managing customer service operations, working closely with the customer service team to ensure overall client satisfaction. In this leadership role, he reports directly to President and COO, Joe Maloy.

“Dave brings 40 years of experience working in the printing / direct mail business, along with a reputation for being an exceptional leader in the industry,” said Joe. “We are excited to welcome him to our Client Services team.”

Dave is a results-driven professional with a distinguished career building organizations, developing management teams, and significantly improving operational performance. “My background and experience working directly with clients, as well as my production knowledge, allows me to bring a unique perspective to Polaris Direct as General Manager of Client Services,” said Dave.

Dave holds a Certificate of Craftsmanship from Master Printers of America, and a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council. Prior to joining Polaris Direct, he worked at Printing Source as President / COO, and before that, he held a variety of senior-level positions within the print and direct marketing sectors.
