Jodi Mackie Joins Polaris Direct as GM of Client Services

HOOKSETT, N.H. (February 2, 2017)—Jodi Mackie, a veteran of the printing industry, has been named General Manager of Client Services at Polaris Direct, a nationally acclaimed direct marketing services provider and printing company.

“We are so pleased to welcome Jodi. As an experienced customer service manager, she brings a valuable skill set to the team,” said Director and CEO Judith Maloy.

“Outside of the workplace, she is devoted to helping foster rescue dogs, which speaks volumes about her character,” added Maloy. “It’s that same level of care and dedication that she brings to our clients and to her team.”

In her role, Mackie oversees the Account Management group, working closely with customer service representatives and the Quality Assurance department to ensure client satisfaction.

“Polaris Direct takes a customer-first approach,” Mackie said of what drew her to the company. “Because the owners are involved on a day-to-day basis, when a customer comes to us with a challenge, we are able to tailor our solutions rather than trying to fit them into a one-size-fits-all solution.”

Prior to joining Polaris Direct, Mackie worked at RR Donnelley for 18 years.
